Shipping & returns
Shipping is charged on every order. Enter your address at checkout to see available services and postage before payment. Online shipping is currently available to Washington addresses.
Shipping services
Available services depend on your destination and the products in your cart. If the order needs a different package or a custom shipping quote, contact the farm before ordering. Fresh mushroom orders are arranged through our wholesale and local retail channels.
Preparing and tracking your order
We normally prepare shippable orders within three to five business days. Carrier transit estimates begin when the carrier receives your package and do not include that preparation time. Creating a label does not mean the package is already in transit.
Your order confirmation page shows tracking when it is available. Keep your order number for reference. If you have a date you need an item by, contact us before ordering.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We can cancel or change an order before it is packed; once it has been packed or handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number, the affected items, and what happened. For damage, keep the packaging and take photographs so we can understand the problem and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns, exchanges, and grow-kit help
For food, tinctures, and grow kits, we cannot accept a return after the product has been opened. Unopened shelf-stable goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery after the farm confirms the return. Unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly, return postage is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are not refundable.
For a grow-kit question, contact us promptly and include the variety, when you opened the kit, photographs, and a description of the growing conditions. We’ll help troubleshoot and determine whether a replacement is appropriate.
