Purchase terms

These terms describe purchases placed through the Earthen Goodness website. Wholesale orders are arranged directly with the farm.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Check the product, quantity, and any selected size or variety before checkout. Shipping is charged separately on every order. The total, including applicable tax, is shown before payment on Square.

Placing an order

Adding goods to your cart does not reserve inventory. Payment is processed by Square, and an order is shown as paid only after payment is verified. A canceled or unsuccessful checkout does not confirm a purchase.

Delivery details

Check your name, address, and contact information before paying. If something needs correcting, contact the farm with your order number as soon as possible. A change request is not confirmed until the farm responds.

Product information and care

Read the product label for ingredients, allergens, storage, and use instructions. Follow the supplied instructions for grow kits and contact the farm with product-specific questions before ordering.

Order questions and returns

For cancellation, return, exchange, or replacement requests, contact the farm with your order number and the item involved. Please wait for instructions before sending anything back. Our processing times, damage-reporting window, and return eligibility are listed under shipping and returns.

Wholesale inquiries

A wholesale inquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve mushrooms or place an order. Availability, pricing, delivery, and payment terms are confirmed directly.
